I'm a 24-year-old YA author represented by Ginger Clark of Curtis Brown. My latest novel, NIGHT SWIMMING, was published by Text Publishing in April 2017. My debut novel, GIRL SAVES BOY, was published in 2010. I divide my time between Melbourne and the Gold Coast. My novel has been translated into Spanish, Dutch and Catalan. My second novel, ALL THIS COULD END, was published in 2013.
I've appeared at Melbourne Writers Festival, Brisbane Writers Festival, National Young Writers Festival and the Emerging Writers Festival. I'm a Schools Ambassador for the Stella Prize. I was a 2016 May Gibbs Children's Literature Trust Fellow. I was one of triple j's inaugural 25 UNDER 25 and won Express Media's award for Outstanding Achievement By A Writer Under 25 in 2010. I've written for the Age and appeared in various other publications. I've been on the radio (triple j's Hack, Radio National's Life Matters) and on TV (Jennifer Byrne Presents, The Circle, Totally Wild), and a lot of different places on the internet.
